Commission a viewing
A commissioned viewing lets you bring your own outcome-associated uncertainty to Cognisentum's viewers. An anonymous Requester — you, once this opens — posts the uncertainty; qualified viewers above the earn line describe it blind, sealed, with no knowledge of what it represents.
In return, you receive an aggregated report: a Consensus strength band — Strong, Moderate, Weak, or Inconclusive — built from every qualifying viewer's sealed Session. An Inconclusive result is refunded; you're only charged for viewings actually delivered.
Commissions draw only from viewers at or above the 600 rating line. That line is a statistical quality floor a viewer cannot get past on luck alone — it takes sustained volume to earn, which is exactly what makes the aggregate worth reading.
