Commission a reading
Bring a question. Almost any question (a decision you're weighing, a disputed fact, a thing that hasn't happened yet), as long as it can be put to distinguishable outcomes.
You post it as an anonymous Requester. Rated readers above the qualification line describe it blind; they never learn what your question is, only a code. The group grows, sealed session by sealed session (between five and twenty of them), until the computed certainty of the verdict clears at least 60 percent. One verdict comes out.
The verdict is a direction carrying a certainty of at least 60 percent, computed by a fixed procedure from every qualifying sealed session. If the group reaches its cap without clearing that bar, the result is Inconclusive and you are refunded. You're only ever charged for readings actually delivered.
To be plain about what the refund covers: it is triggered by our own computed certainty, never by how events turn out. When Cognisentum cannot verify the real-world outcome of your question, we'll ask you what happened, because we want the record, but reader ratings are never built from requester reports, and a reading that turns out wrong is not refundable. What you're buying is a disciplined, blind, rated aggregate, not a guarantee.
Higher-certainty commissions will be available later: the group will keep growing until the computed certainty clears a higher bar (70 or 80 percent, for example), at a higher fee.
Every reading draws only from readers at or above the 600 rating line, a statistical floor no one passes on luck alone. It takes sustained volume to earn, and that sustained volume is what makes the aggregate worth reading.
What we won't take: questions about locating or surveilling private individuals, medical emergencies, or anything illegal. Beyond that, if you can put outcomes to it, you can ask it.
