How to muscle test

What this tests

Every kinesiology target is a blind question with a yes or no answer. The answer mapping and the protocol are committed and witnessed before you can take the target, so what you seal is measured against something that was already fixed. Cognisentum is testing whether muscle testing produces a signal; it does not assume that it does.

Choosing your method

Sway test, O-ring, the finger/pinch test, arm test with a partner, or a method of your own. Cognisentum doesn't teach kinesiology and doesn't referee technique. Keep one method for a stretch of trials, so your record says something about that method rather than about a mixture.

However your practice names what you ask (the higher self, the universal mind, the inner knowing), the muscular response is the readout. The readout is what we measure.

Calibrating yes and no

If you have not fixed your yes and no responses, test a known true statement first and watch what the muscular response is. Let the response settle before you put the real question. The conventions listed beside each method are the common ones; your own stand if they differ.

The protocol

You get a target code and one question: what answer will be revealed, yes or no. You test it your way and seal a single answer. Nothing asks you to explain it, and the response is fixed the moment you seal it.

Unclear is honest

If nothing settles, unclear is always available. An unclear response is recorded as a non-qualifying abstention: it never moves your rating, and it costs nothing.

Your rating

The same 0-1000 rating covers every method, and a kinesiology result counts exactly like a viewing result. The earn line is 600, and the calculator on the earnings page reads out what crossing it is worth at the current rates, which follow market conditions and can move.
