The paid path
Two sides of one line
There are no ranks and no ladders here, just a line at 600. Below it, every session is free practice: fully scored, never paid. Above it, verified sessions earn. Which side of the line you stand on is decided by the rating alone.
Below the line
The audition is real, and most people will stay below the line. Misses cost nothing. Every sealed session builds your record either way, and the record is what eventually carries you across.
Above the line
Crossing 600 opens paid work, and what a verified session earns is not flat: it rises with how high your rating stands. A higher rating is harder evidence, and harder evidence is worth more to the people funding readings. Exact rates publish when payments activate.
Holding the line
Reaching 600 once is not qualification. The rating has to hold above a threshold across a run of qualifying results, and higher ratings qualify over shorter runs. Fall below a threshold and that run resets; fall below 600 and they all do. The app tracks qualification now, and reward units accrued above the line convert when payments activate. The exact thresholds are in the FAQ.
