The Order
Three seats in the Order
Standing isn’t a single ladder — it’s the Order: Novitius, Probatus, and Electus. Each is an access tier, not a pay multiplier. Nobody earns more per session for holding a higher one; what changes is what opens to you.
Novitius
Every seat starts here. Novitius covers your qualifying trials — the volume that establishes your rating in the first place. It’s a separate stream from paid work: nothing at this stage touches points or standing beyond your own rating.
Probatus
Crossing the 600 line opens Probatus: access to sessions on paid events, where you earn points instead of spending them. It isn’t awarded by anyone — it’s simply what a rating at or above 600 unlocks.
Electus
Electus holds the platform’s highest-rate opportunities, and it’s held, not owned. You keep the seat only while your recent performance keeps earning it; slip below the bar that put you there, and the seat opens back up.
Honest about where the pilot stands
This is a validation pilot: points, not cash, and no cashout yet. The tiers above govern access to sessions and to points — nothing more. Real-money payout is a deliberately later question, not a promise made now.
